1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food products, flour, etc.).
- Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling.
- Items without original packaging or missing parts.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, product details, and images of the issue (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
