1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver within Malaysia. International shipping is not available unless stated otherwise.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or non-standard delivery areas.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days.
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or courier service issues.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • Customers can track their orders through the courier service’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returns

  • If the provided shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping fees will apply.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier service may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a collection point.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof.
  • For lost packages, kindly reach out to us, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
